Jack Marshall

B. 1936

Poet Jack Marshall was born in Brooklyn, New York. He has written several books of poetry, including Sesame (1993), which won the PEN Center West Award and a Pushcart Prize and was a finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Award. He is also the recipient of two Bay Area Book Reviewers Awards. Marshall currently lives in San Francisco.
